Your Google listing has a big empty spot where a website should be. The contractor down the road with one looks more established, even if your work is better.
Contractor websites · Sarnia-Lambton
I'm Owen. I run Sarnia Deck Works out of Camlachie, and I build professional websites for contractors across Sarnia-Lambton. Your real job photos, a quote form that actually reaches you, and no monthly fees.
Why it matters
Homeowners Google you, check your reviews, look for photos of your work, and make up their minds fast. What they find decides whether your phone rings — or the next guy's does.
Your Google listing has a big empty spot where a website should be. The contractor down the road with one looks more established, even if your work is better.
A Facebook page is great for posting jobs, but it's not where people go to request a quote. Half your customers won't scroll a feed to figure out what you do.
Dead links, a domain that expired, a template from 2016 with no photos, a page that doesn't work on a phone. It quietly tells people you're not around anymore.
Recent work
My own deck and fence company — the site I built, tested and use to win jobs. Every client site starts from this same proven structure, rebuilt in your colours, with your photos and your words.

What you get
Home, services, gallery, about, reviews, service area and contact — written around the work you actually do.
Pulled from your Instagram, Facebook and phone. No stock photos, no AI images, ever.
A form with photo upload that lands straight in your email, so customers send the details up front.
One tap to call or text you from any page, pinned to the bottom of the screen on phones.
Most of your customers find you on a phone. Every page is designed for it first.
Proper titles, descriptions, local business info and your service area, so Google knows what you do and where.
Your Google rating and best reviews where people actually see them.
Hosted on modern infrastructure at no ongoing cost. Pages load quick, even on a job site.
How it works
You see the site before you pay the balance. That's the whole idea.
We talk about your business, your services and where you work. A $100 deposit gets your build started.
I go through your photos, social pages and reviews and build a complete draft site — you don't have to write a thing.
Send me everything you'd like changed in one message and I'll make all of it.
Approve it, pay the $400 balance, and I connect your domain and make sure quote requests reach you.
Pricing
$100 deposit to start · $400 when you approve the final version
E-transfer or cash. No contract, no monthly fee. Read the full terms.
New photos, a new service, a seasonal promo — send it all in one message and it's done, usually within a week. Only when you want one.
Registered in your name, so it's always yours. Usually about $20–30 a year, paid to the registrar. I can set it up for you at cost, or connect one you already have.
Any time, I'll move the site into your own accounts and walk you through making changes yourself. Optional.
I'll rebuild it properly and keep your existing domain, so nothing you've built up gets lost.
Who you're dealing with
I'm Owen Kehoe. I grew up in Sarnia, I live in Camlachie, and I run Sarnia Deck Works — decks, fences and pergolas across Lambton County. My background is hands-on: concrete, excavation, framing and carpentry.
When I built the website for my own company, I learned what actually gets a contractor's phone ringing — and what's just noise. Now I build the same kind of site for other trades: honest pricing, your real work, and someone local you can call when you need a change.
No offshore team, no 12-month contracts, no surprise invoices. If you'd rather meet in person and see the work on a laptop, I'm happy to come to you.
FAQ
Your domain is registered in your name, and your logo, photos, text and reviews stay yours. I host the site at no ongoing cost, and if you ever want everything moved into your own accounts, that's a $200 handover — any time.
No. You pay $500 once. After that you only pay $75 when you ask for an update. If hosting ever started costing money, you'd get at least 60 days' notice and the choice to cover the actual cost or take the site over for free.
Not much to start. I go through your Instagram, Facebook, Google reviews and any old website first. After that I'll send you a short list — mostly your best job photos, the services you want to highlight and your service area.
Only the $100 deposit. You see the full draft, ask for your changes, and pay the $400 balance when you're happy with it — before it goes live.
Yes. Send me everything you want changed in one message — new photos, a new service, a promotion — and it's $75, usually done within a week. Bigger additions like new pages get quoted up front.
Every site is set up properly for Google — titles, descriptions, your business details, service pages and your service area. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, but a real site with your services and photos gives you a far better shot than a Facebook page.
I'm based in Camlachie and focus on Sarnia-Lambton and the surrounding area, but the work itself can be done for a business anywhere.
